West Plains Wellness sits on the West Plains outside of Spokane Washington ten miles to the east.  Fairchild Airforce base is within 5 miles to the west and is the largest employer in the Spokane area.  The West Plains is an incredibly fast-growing area of the Spokane area.  West Plains Wellness serves the surrounding community of 100,000 people within ten miles.  The Practice is a family practice that treats all categories of patients. The Practice has one Chiropractor, and 7-10 massage practitioners at any given time.  A stretch therapist is also part of the practice. This service is a new and growing service.  The Property is over 6,000 square feet of office space in the heart of Airway Heights Washington.   Plenty of room to grow and add Associates as the office runs at full capacity without advertising for the past 5 years.  Dr Schulz has been practicing for 34 years and has established a fully referral based practice.
