Job Description and Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Folsom, CA is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing, multi-location team. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $100,000–$105,000 along with comprehensive benefits, including a health insurance stipend, PTO, malpractice coverage, CE reimbursement, and a 401K.
The schedule is Monday through Thursday (full days) with a half day on Friday and no weekends. The associate will work between two clinic locations, Folsom and a second office in Placerville scheduled to open in early 2026, located approximately 20 minutes apart. Expected patient volume is around 100 adjustments per week.
Clinical Mentorship and Training
The practice owner is highly invested in mentorship and clinical excellence and is willing to personally dedicate significant time to your development to ensure your technique aligns with the clinic’s standards. The practice will also cover the cost of specialty CEUs, including but not limited to Webster, Applied Kinesiology, Sacro Occipital Technique, and other relevant low-force or specialty techniques.
Due to the depth of mentorship provided, there is an onboarding and training period of approximately 90 days, with the possibility of extending longer depending on the associate’s experience and skill set. Compensation and expectations during onboarding will be discussed transparently during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Conducting patient consultations, examinations, and re-examinations
• Delivering chiropractic adjustments using low-force and traditional techniques
• Providing soft tissue work, rehab care, and exercise instruction
• Presenting care recommendations and reports of findings
• Creating and reviewing financial care plans
• Offering guidance on nutrition and supplementation when appropriate
• Participating in ongoing training, seminars, and professional development
• Supporting internal marketing through patient education and referrals
