Job Description & Requirements
A growing, patient-centered chiropractic clinic in Silverton, OR, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its expanding team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000 (salary based on negotiable based on experience), along with bonuses tied to clinic performance. A relocation bonus is also available and negotiable based on location.
The associate will work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (full days), with two half-day Saturdays per month. This schedule supports a strong work-life balance while maintaining consistent patient flow. Expected patient volume ranges from 100–120 adjustments per week, with doctors spending 10+ minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using diversified, activator, and patient-centered techniques
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Providing nutritional and wellness lifestyle guidance
- Collaborating with team members in a shared-patient model
X-rays are performed through a local hospital, and the clinic also integrates functional health approaches, including lab work and nutrition-focused care.
This practice is experiencing consistent growth, with new patients often booked 3–4 weeks in advance and strong referrals coming from local MDs. The ideal candidate is confident, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
