A thriving, subluxation-based chiropractic clinic in Rochester, NY, is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000, plus bonus and incentive opportunities. Salary negotiable based on experience. A relocation bonus is also being offered for the right candidate.
The associate will work Monday (full day), Tuesday (full day), Wednesday (half day, transitioning to full day as the practice grows), and Thursday (full day). There is potential to open Friday mornings as growth continues. Expected patient volume ranges from 200–225 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 3–5 minutes per adjustment.
We are seeking a driven DC who is passionate about, or interested in growing within, a family-based, pediatric, and prenatal-focused clinic. This practice serves a high volume of families and women, and a Webster-certified doctor (or one willing to train) would be an excellent fit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Delivering clear and confident Reports of Findings with care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments (Manual, Diversified, Activator, Drops)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing wellness care
- Participating in internal patient education workshops and referral-building initiatives
- Engaging in external marketing efforts such as spinal screenings, corporate talks, networking, and community outreach
The practice operates under a shared-patient model, allowing doctors to collaborate and support one another while delivering consistent, high-quality care.
Comprehensive training and mentorship are available. The clinic will also fully cover the cost for the associate to obtain their PX Chiropractic Certification, supporting both clinical excellence and long-term professional growth.
