Job Description & Requirements
A high-volume, subluxation-based chiropractic clinic in Pembroke, ON, Canada, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), with potential bonus options available depending on preferred compensation structure.
The associate will work a full weekly schedule (Monday through Friday, with additional days as needed), supporting a busy clinic that sees over 200 patient visits per week. Doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes per patient in a fast-paced, adjustment-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments (primarily Diversified, full spine)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering exercise instruction
- Supporting digital marketing efforts through social media and content creation
This clinic operates under a shared-patient model and focuses heavily on family, pediatric, and prenatal care. The practice is adjustment-focused, with an emphasis on efficiency and consistent patient flow.
