A growing chiropractic clinic serving the Springfield, VT area is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $93,000–$103,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), providing an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor looking to build a long-term career within an established wellness practice.
The associate will provide comprehensive chiropractic care while managing their own patient base within the clinic. The practice operates under a model where each doctor runs their own practice while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing chiropractic adjustments
Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
Delivering exercise instruction
Participating in team meetings

The practice utilizes Manual Diversified, Palmer Package, Drop, and Webster techniques while focusing on chiropractic adjustments and wellness lifestyle education. Training is available for the right candidate.
