Company Description

ADIO Chiropractic was founded by Dr. Eric Kurzinski, whose own childhood experience with ADHD and behavioral challenges lit a lifelong passion for true healing rather than symptom management. Alongside Dr. Alex, our team practices neurologically based chiropractic care focused on optimizing nervous system function so the body can adapt to stress, heal naturally, and express its full potential. We are a pediatric, prenatal, and whole-family wellness practice, and we measure what we do: we run objective nervous system scans, track improvement, and educate every family so they understand their own story.

We are a busy, growing practice. Between two doctors we currently serve roughly 200 to 300 patient visits a week, and we are building toward 300+ as we grow. This associate role exists because that growth needs another set of confident, caring hands, and because our vision of becoming Wisconsin’s beacon of family wellness needs doctors who are as passionate about breakthrough results as our families are about getting well.

Role Description As our Pediatric & Prenatal Associate Chiropractor, you are a primary provider of care and a carrier of the mission.

• Deliver adjustments as your core work, using manual, diversified, and tonal approaches

• Care for children, expecting moms, and whole families as the heart of your practice

• Support new patient exams, Reports of Findings, and care plan presentations alongside our doctors

• Perform and interpret our nervous system assessments, including INSiGHT CLA scans (surface EMG, HRV, and thermography), and our MC2 analysis

• Educate families patiently and simply, because at ADIO education is not something we do after care, it is part of care

• Grow with the practice by participating in team meetings, clinical doctor meetings, and community marketing events

Our Care Model

Techniques and systems we use: MC2 analysis, manual adjusting (diversified and tonal work), and Webster

technique for our prenatal families. We assess the nervous system with INSiGHT CLA scanning technology (surface EMG, HRV, and thermography).

Already trained in Webster, Perfect Patients / pediatric protocols, or scan interpretation? Wonderful, that is a plus. Not yet? Even better in some ways, because we will train you on all of it. We would genuinely rather develop the right person than inherit someone else’s habits. What we cannot train is the heart for this work
