I am seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join my office who has a passion for treating the prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric populations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to assess and treat patients effectively. This role involves providing comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient’s needs, focusing on pain management, rehabilitation, and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient evaluations and needs.
- Utilize various treatment techniques such as IASTM, Webster, Craniosacral/SOT, Diversified, Activator
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, birth prep, and infant milestones
- Maintain accurate patient records using appropriate medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care (ex. IBCLC, midwives, pelvic floor therapists, etc)
- Stay informed about advancements in chiropractic care and related fields to provide the best possible treatment options.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid California Chiropractic license
- Webster Technique (or willing to attain ASAP)
- Experience with prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric populations is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
Pay
- Wage structure is flexible. The employee has a choice to be compensated via a percent of collections or via an hourly wage.
- Pay range will increase if applicant has experience with perinatal/pediatrics
Hours
Currently I need someone available to work a minimum of 3 days a week, 6-8 hour shifts however I plan to be on maternity leave sometime in 2027.
Working on Saturday will be needed infrequently.
