Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic practice in Sacramento, CA, is seeking an experienced Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $125,000–$150,000, plus bonus and commission opportunities based on quarterly metrics.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, averaging 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 240–250 visits per week. Doctors typically spend 1–3 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations
Taking patient X-rays
Performing Reports of Findings and recommendations for care
Presenting financial plans and handling sales/closing
Providing chiropractic adjustments
Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
Delivering therapy and rehabilitation
Providing exercise instruction
Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
Incorporating functional medicine into patient care
Participating in professional development and seminars
The practice utilizes Full Spine Diversified, along with Activator and Drop techniques. An X-ray certificate is required for California.
The practice operates with each doctor running their own practice within the clinic. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneur, business builder, and caregiver who is experienced, confident in patient care, and interested in a long-term opportunity.
The practice is willing to train the right associate. Candidates must hold a California chiropractic license and meet the required California X-ray certification requirements. Out-of-state candidates are not being considered for this position.
A minimum 2-year commitment is required, with the goal of establishing a long-term associate relationship.
