Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Rowlett, TX, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. With 20 years in business, this is an opportunity for a chiropractor who is looking for a long-term position within a supportive practice that provides substantial training and mentorship.
This full-time position offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 (salary negotiable based on experienced), plus monthly bonuses based on patient volume. Bonus potential can increase as patient volume grows.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, averaging 31–40 hours per week. The schedule includes a full day on Monday and half days Tuesday through Friday, with the practice schedule beginning at approximately 7:00 AM. Expected patient volume is 175–225 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations
Taking patient X-rays
Delivering Reports of Findings and recommendations for care
Providing chiropractic adjustments
Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
Providing exercise instruction
Participating in patient education workshops, internal referrals, spinal screenings, outside talks, corporate talks, networking, social media, and content creation
Attending professional development seminars and training
The practice utilizes Manual Adjustment, Diversified, Activator, and Drops. The clinical approach incorporates chiropractic manipulation, active therapy, wellness lifestyle education, and decompression.
The practice operates with each doctor running their own practice within the clinic. The clinic is willing to train the right associate and is seeking someone who is an entrepreneur, business builder, and caregiver.
Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Texas chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply. A minimum 2-year contract is required, with the goal of a long-term associate relationship.
