New Life Chiropractic is an established corrective chiropractic and wellness practice serving 500+ patient visits per week in Rocklin, California.
We’re looking for the right chiropractor to become a key clinical leader in our practice and eventually take primary ownership of patient care.
You’ll step into an established patient base, trained team, proven new-patient systems, consistent marketing and advanced clinical environment.
You don’t have to build the machine. You get to step into it and help us make it better.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a position where you’ll spend your entire career simply adjusting whoever appears on your schedule.
We want to develop the right doctor into someone capable of leading the complete patient journey:
Consult → Exam → X-Ray Analysis → Care Plan → Report of Findings → Adjusting → Progress Exams → Wellness
You’ll learn our systems and gradually take increasing clinical ownership based on your ability and experience.
Ultimately, we want you capable of independently leading:
High-volume chiropractic adjusting
New patient consultations and examinations
Digital X-ray and clinical analysis
Individualized corrective care plan development
Day 1 and Day 2 patient experiences
Reports of findings
Patient education and communication
Progress examinations and clinical decision-making
Long-term corrective and wellness care
Patient retention and referrals
Our team handles much of the administrative work around you so you can focus on what chiropractors should be doing: taking care of people.

Compensation
Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000+ depending on experience and demonstrated ability
PLUS meaningful performance bonuses tied to your contribution to the practice, including:
Care plan starts
Practice collections

New patient performance
Clinical and leadership goals

Career Path

Associate Chiropractor → Lead Chiropractor → Clinical Director
