Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic and wellness practice in Waldorf, MD, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a $105,000, and will work approximately 31–40 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday. The practice is looking for someone who can handle a significant portion of the adjusting volume, with approximately 100–120 patients per week and 5–10 minutes spent with each patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations
Presenting Reports of Findings and recommendations for care
Developing financial plans and closing care plans
Performing chiropractic adjustments and re-exams
Recommending ongoing care
Providing nutritional and supplement guidance
Working collaboratively within a shared-patient model
Supporting therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise care through the clinical team
The practice utilizes Diversified, Drop, and Webster Technique and is willing to train associates in EMsculpt Neo and Emsella pelvic floor chair processes. The practice would also value a doctor who is certified or willing to become certified in dry needling.
Maryland licensure is required. The practice is open to considering out-of-state candidates.
