Job Description & Requirements
A growing functional health practice in Kernersville, NC, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers an $85,000 salary plus bonus opportunities.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday, approximately 31–40 hours per week, with a schedule beginning at 7:45 AM and ending at 6:00 PM, including approximately two hours without patients. Expected patient volume is 150–200 adjustments per week, with approximately 3–5 minutes spent with each patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient examinations and Reports of Findings
Presenting recommendations for care
Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
Providing chiropractic adjustments
Offering exercise instruction and nutritional/supplement guidance
Working with functional medicine and neuropathy-focused care
Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development
Building strong patient relationships through clear communication and rapport
The practice operates on an individual doctor model, with each doctor running their own practice within the clinic. The ideal associate is interested in being both a caregiver and business builder and is looking for a long-term opportunity. North Carolina licensure is required, and out-of-state candidates will be considered.
