Job Description & Requirements
An established chiropractic practice in Saint James, NY, is seeking a Head Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a $115,000-$125,000 salary plus bonus opportunities.
The associate will work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, approximately 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 225–270 adjustments per week. Doctor time with patients is approximately 1–3 minutes.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient X-rays and examinations
Providing full-spine chiropractic adjustments
Presenting care recommendations and supporting patient care
Conducting re-examinations and recommending ongoing care
Providing active and passive therapy
Working with neuropathy and spinal decompression
Taking ownership of the clinical role and helping grow the practice
The practice is seeking a chiropractor who is proficient in full-spine adjusting and can deliver effective adjustments within a 3–5 minute timeframe. The associate will work within a shared-patient model and receive training as needed.
New York licensure is required. Out-of-state candidates will be considered.
