Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Allendale, MI, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers an $80,000-$120,000 salary plus bonus and commission opportunities.
The associate will work approximately 31–40 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday through Friday and approximately 35 adjusting hours per week. Expected patient volume is 200–250 adjustments per week, with approximately 3–5 minutes spent with each patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations, examinations, and X-rays
Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
Developing financial plans and supporting care plan closing
Providing chiropractic adjustments and re-examinations
Recommending ongoing care
Providing therapy, rehabilitation, exercise, and nutritional guidance
Participating in team training and professional development
Supporting internal and external marketing efforts
The practice operates under a shared-patient model and offers care focused on structural correction, functional health, rehabilitation, pain relief, family wellness, pediatric, prenatal, and sports chiropractic. The practice is seeking a long-term associate with a minimum 3-year initial commitment.
Michigan licensure is required, and out-of-state candidates will be considered.
