Chaparral Chiropractic Wellness Centre has served Calgary families for 25 years as a family-based, wellness-oriented practice. We care for people of all ages, with a focus on helping each person and family maximize their health potential over a lifetime. We’re bringing on a third doctor of chiropractic with real mentorship and a genuine pathway to a meaningful ownership stake over time.
This is a fit if you are:
A new graduate or early-career DC (roughly 0 to 5 years in practice)
From Calgary or the surrounding area, or drawn to Calgary as a place to build a long-term career and life
Looking for real mentorship, not just a room and a schedule
Motivated to build your own patient base within an established, supportive system
Curious about the business side of practice as well as the clinical side
Drawn to family and wellness-based care across every stage of life
What you’ll walk into:
An established, multi-practitioner Centre: two chiropractors, two massage therapists and a full support team, with a strong, steady patient flow
Direct mentorship from an owner with 25 years in practice, still actively practicing
Care of an established patient base as it is transitioned to you, alongside the new patients you build
A defined 3 to 5 year mentorship period, then an honest, structured conversation about moving toward ownership
A team-based, patient-centered culture built around long-term relationships
What we ask:
Eligibility to be registered to practise chiropractic in Alberta
A genuine interest in the mentorship relationship
Willingness to grow into leadership and shared ownership responsibilities
The arrangement: an independent-contractor associate role, with compensation as a percentage of collections that grows with your production. We’ll go through the details openly, in person or online.
