Transitioning into private practice can be overwhelming. For your first 90 days, you’ll receive daily, side-by-side guidance from Dr. Levi Wainwright (13 years in practice). You will sharpen your orthogonal biomechanics, master CBCT radiographic interpretation, and learn the communication skills needed to present care plans with confidence—followed by consistent weekly coaching as you grow.
Full Path to NUCCA Board Certification
If earning your board credentials is a goal, you won’t have to navigate it alone or out of pocket. We cover your NUCCA board certification fees and sponsor your annual NUCCA conference attendance.

You won’t be answering phones or dealing with administrative bottlenecks. You’ll be supported by two dedicated staff members—a trained Therapy Tech and an experienced Case Manager/New Patient Coordinator—so your focus stays on patient analysis, adjusting, and care delivery.
Predictable Security + Uncapped Upside
Start with a dependable base salary of $70,000–$90,000, paired with a safety net structure: you earn 20% to 30% of collections or your base salary, whichever is higher. When the practice thrives, your paycheck directly reflects it.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented practitioner whose personal standards align with an objective, high-precision clinical model.
- Education & Licensure: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution, or senior student eligible for a Florida preceptor program.
- Current Florida license or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure
- Technical Foundation: Prior exposure to upper cervical concepts through completed chiropractic coursework, elective modules, or seminar attendance (NUCCA or Grostic preferred).
- Professional Attributes: Demonstrated dedication to technical accuracy, coachability, and the perseverance required to master complex biomechanical analysis and case management.
- Practice Goals: An interest in learning the operational and communicative standards that drive an independent, boutique healthcare practice.
