Joint Ventures is committed to creating growth and development opportunities for their loyal and committed team
members. There are the very traditional paths a doctor of chiropractic can take after graduation; become an associate
DC, buy a chiropractic office, or open your own private practice. However; one thing we know and understand is there
are not many avenues for a DC to promote and take on more growth opportunities. Joint Ventures wants to create
opportunities for Chiropractors to grow and develop within our organization. Whether you start with us as a Clinic
Chiropractor, an Assistant Clinic Director or a Clinic Director there are growth opportunities for you. Each individual
who joins the JVWay comes to us with a unique set of experiences and skill sets. Like mentioned above the JVWay
is not the easy way nor is it for everyone. Having a commitment to your team, patients, personal leadership and the
growth of all of the above are what we look for in those when talent planning. Growth will mean something different
to each individual and your path to development will be unique. Working with your Regional Clinic Director, peers and
