Job description
Seeking Dedicated Long term Chiropractor – Inherit a 30-Year Patient Base | Ventura County, CA
We’re seeking a dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic Chiropractor who is looking for a stable, long-term position in a thriving Ventura County clinic (near Santa Barbara CA). This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established practice and inherit a loyal 30-year patient base from a retiring D.C.
This is not just a job — it’s a long-term opportunity for the right person to grow, lead, and potentially take ownership of a legacy practice.
Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is one of two types:
A hungry, recently licensed graduate ready to learn, build, and grow with a long-term vision.
Or a seasoned veteran who is looking for a reliable place to work through the end of their career.
In both cases, we need someone who is receptive to guidance, self-motivated, and committed to staying. We want to avoid candidates in transition who plan to open their own practice in the short term.
The ideal candidate will:
Take ownership of the inherited patient base and actively grow it.
Be comfortable taking direction and contributing to a team dynamic.
Engage in consistent marketing outreach, including spinal screenings, ergonomic/stress presentations at local companies, and constant referral-building efforts.
Long-Term Goal: As the patient base grows, the right person will be given the opportunity to buy into the practice, or be financially backed to open their own office in a nearby city with our full support.
Position Overview
You’ll treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, manage acute pain, and create personalized treatment plans. You’ll also represent our clinic through external marketing efforts to help grow the business and strengthen community ties.
