We are looking for a full-time or part-time associate chiropractic physician to join our team!

Our treatment programs incorporate chiropractic adjustments, decompression therapy, soft-tissue therapies, therapeutic rehab, and high intensity laser therapy to give our patients the ultimate recovery and wellness experience. The associate hired for this role will be responsible for completing exams and patient histories as well as thoroughly adjusting each patient, creating individualized treatment plan recommendations, and following up with patients to ensure treatment goals are being attained. The doctor must also enter patient treatment information into our EHR system in real time.
An active Iowa chiropractic license and good standing with Iowa Chiropractic Board is a must for anyone in pursuit of this position. The doctor we are looking for must be coachable and must be willing to work as a part of a team. This doctor must also be confident in his or her diversified adjusting techniques and clinical abilities.
Benefits after 90 days for full-time position include a relocation bonus, a monthly health insurance stipend, PTO, continuing education reimbursement, and malpractice coverage. Other benefits may be available in the future.

REQUIRED Qualifications
Valid Iowa chiropractic license
Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited chiropractic College
Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, IV and Physiotherapy from NCBE
Preferred education:
Additional training: pediatrics, sports medicine, Active Release Technique, acupuncture, dry needling, etc
Preferred Experience:
3+ years experience as a Doctor of Chiropractic
Flexion-distraction, laser therapy, decompression, and/or other specialized programs
Specific skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and consult with them confidently and effectively for compliance and understanding of recommended treatment programs
· Superior time management skills and the ability to maintain the daily patient schedule
· Ability to empathize with patients who are in chronic pain and have a strong desire to help improve their quality of life
· Must be able to think critically and make judgement about how best to help patients incorporating and performing manual therapies, exercises, laser therapy and other adjunct therapies as necessary to obtain successful results for patients
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team to resolve any questions or prevent misunderstandings with billing, coding, EHR system, company policies or procedures, or patient management concerns
Physical abilities
· Must be physically able to perform diversified chiropractic adjustment and physiotherapies during assigned shift
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs
· Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours throughout the day
