Base Salary: $78,000 – $88,000 (based on experience)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the doctor must play an active role in maintaining and growing their caseload, including building strong relationships with referral sources, contributing to patient retention strategies, and participating in community outreach or marketing initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Do:
· Conduct thorough chiropractic exams and deliver high-quality adjustments
· Collaborate with our in-house massage therapists and acupuncturist to develop integrated and effective treatment plans.
· Develop personalized care strategies focused on long-term wellness and prevention
· Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, corrective exercises, and wellness practices including DME and supplements
· Keep accurate, timely SOAP notes and medical documentation
· Participate in marketing efforts, team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing training opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
· Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program
· Active New York Chiropractic license
· Excellent diagnostic and adjustment skills
– Passion for educating patients and the community on chiropractic care
· Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a busy practice
· Experience with electronic documentation and SOAP notes
· Candidate must provide proof of current professional liability insurance
