About the Opportunity:
Powerhouse Chiropractic is seeking a Lead Chiropractor for our thriving Phoenix location. If you’re passionate about neurologically-focused care and ready to serve mamas, babies, and kids exclusively—this role is for you.
We’re not your typical chiropractic practice. We’re a high-touch, neurologically-focused office that uses advanced INSiGHT CLA scanning technology to help families thrive. Our Phoenix location currently serves 95+ families weekly, and you’d be stepping into an established practice with loyal members who already understand and value nervous system care.

Imagine working Monday through Thursday only. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday? Yours. That’s 168+ days off per year—more than half the year to live your life, pursue your passions, and actually rest.
You’ll work just 24 clinical hours per week with families who genuinely value what you do. No more convincing skeptics. No screening events. No outdated marketing tactics. Just meaningful, neurologically-focused care with women and children who already “get it.”
Our current Lead Doctor earns six figures with this model. This isn’t too good to be true—it’s just a practice built differently.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $75,000+ bonuses annually with an opportunity to earn 6 figures right away
Time Off:
Monday-Thursday clinical schedule (24 hours/week)
Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday off
2-3 weeks paid vacation
Major holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
Total: 168+ days off per year
Additional Benefits:
$300/month self-care stipend ($3,600/year for gym, therapy, massage—whatever fills your cup)
$500/year continuing education credit
ICPA & PX renewal fees covered
Malpractice insurance covered (up to $1,500/year)

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
2+ years in chiropractic practice
Proficiency with INSiGHT CLA nervous system scans
Proven experience with pediatric and pregnancy care
Strong clinical problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Independent clinician who thrives in collaborative environments
Excited to work with a growing team
Preferred Certifications (or willingness to pursue): Webster, PX, ICPA, Peak Performance Institute, Cranial work, BirthFit, or similar advanced pediatric training
Must-Have Mindset: You’re passionate about neurologically-focused, root-cause care. You’re exceptional with babies and pregnant women. You believe in the body’s innate intelligence to heal. You value authentic connections over volume. You want independence without the stress of practice ownership, and you’re ready to be part of something special.
This Role is NOT a Fit If: Let’s be honest about who won’t thrive here. If you prefer high-volume “flying 7” adjustment models, this isn’t for you. If you focus primarily on musculoskeletal care rather than neurological approaches, we’re not aligned. If you lack pediatric and pregnancy experience or need extensive supervision and can’t work independently, this won’t be the right environment. We’re looking for someone who’s confident, self-directed, and ready to lead.
