Transcend Chiropractic is a family-oriented NUCCA practice led by husband-and-wife team Drs. Connor and Leigh Davis. For the past seven years, we’ve built our practice around one simple belief: true healing happens when taking care of the whole person through precise, consistent and honest work.
We are not a high-volume office or a place where doctors are rushed into seeing patients before they’re ready. We are a principled, focused NUCCA practice that values precision, mentorship, and doing things the right way—every time. Your Role at Transcend Chiropractic
As a full-time Associate Chiropractor, you’ll be supported every step of the way. You will not be rushed or left to “figure it out.” Instead, you’ll receive extensive, hands-on training directly from Dr. Connor and Dr. Leigh Davis until we—and you—feel confident in your ability to care for any patient in our office.
Training includes:
- One-on-one mentorship
- Hands-on NUCCA training
- Clinical case discussions
- Educational reading and learning materials
Our priority is consistent excellence, not speed.
Schedule:
- Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
- Start date: as soon as possible

Compensation & Benefits
Benefits include:
- $60,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses ($60-100k for the first year)
- Paid holidays
- Vacation or paid time off
- Free NUCCA care for the associate and immediate family
- Maternity or Paternity leave
- Additional benefits to be discussed
- Continuing education and malpractice coverage are open for conversation.
