We are a multidisciplinary practice with chiropractic, massage, regenerative, spinal decompression and laser therapies. We are in the Inland Empire. We offer our patients two convenient locations. Our main office Lake Elsinore, and our satellite office located in Canyon Lake, California. Approximately 20 minutes North of the Temecula wineries, an hour North of San Diego, and an hour and half  South of Los Angeles. We are nestled against the Ortega Mountains. The regions is a fast growing population. We offer our patients care specific to their needs. Dr. Patrick Connolly is our Chiropractor and CEO. Dr. Connolly is a ’99 graduate of Life West. Dr. Connolly specializes in sports injury and personal injury. Dr. Connolly is an athlete who loves to play hockey and golf. Our Medical Director, Dr. George Rakkar has a background in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.  Dr. Rakkar has experience in radiculopathy, herniated discs, and regenerative medicine. Dr. Rakkar is an athlete, who loves sailing, and is a commissioned officer in the US Army. Rodalyn Ulep-Brown is our Nurse Practitioner who concentrates on a natural and holistic approach to Pain Management with a background in Family Medicine. Our team is dedicated in providing the best care to our patients. We offer a professional and supportive work environment. When you join our team we feel you are joining our family. We work closely empowering our staff and our patients.
