Hiring new grads and experienced chiropractors! Looking for energetic, friendly, and team oriented DCs to help build The Joint Chiropractic’s footprint in Council Bluffs, IA and Omaha, Ne.  Our mission is to improve quality of life through routine and affordable chiropractic care.  We hope to expand awareness of the benefits of chiropractic care, improve access to patients, while building relationships with existing chiropractors in the area to deliver the best possible care.

 

·        We are excited to offer a great starting pay, with the potential to earn bonus pay on every paycheck.  (Solid base hourly rate and incentive plan can lead to total compensation above the $100k mark)

·        $3500 sign on bonus contingent upon initial performance, (full time hours worked, exhibiting behaviors of excellence/meeting internal clinic goals/positive patient reviews, staying in good standing with licensure)

·        Seven paid holidays

·        Paid Continuing Education Credits

·        Malpractice insurance provided

·        PTO accrual for DC’s that work 42 hr/wk (4 weekdays plus 1 weekend)

·        Moving cost assistance eligible

·        DC referral bonus of $1000 for successful DC placements
