Dr. Kelly, DC invites you to join the team.  This is a family practice, not only for the patient’s families but our office family as well.

This practice is meant to be a healthy environment for all! Not just our patients but the staff and Doctors as well. If we need to shuffle a bit to cover for a bad day, we’ll try.

This is a smaller practice looking to grow to a comfortable size.

Compensation: $60,000 to $120,000 Annually for full time. Part time is available as well.

Income will depend on your efforts and patient #’s completely. Income will be calculated based off your collections. There can be a base salary at the initial stage to get your numbers up.

Incentives:

1. Folsom and the surrounding areas are continuing to grow and have new homes built. This means new faces in town looking for a chiropractor.

2. This office recently moved (2 miles away) and the Other DC in from that office retired this summer. We have seen and expect to continue to see his patients reach out to our office having seen Dr. Kelly, DC in the office.  Dr. Barger, DC had been in practice for 30 years in the Sacramento area, the last 20 here in Folsom.

3. For many years I’ve been over-booked, with a new patient and current patient waiting lists.  The assumption would be that we could split the call ins. Dr. Kelly’s schedule is limited and cannot always get a new patient in on the same week. This means more new patients for you, if your schedule can accommodate them for a sooner booking spot.

4. The practice would be an open format so that any patient could see either DC for their care (we could work out the details in the contract). This means that any patient that has already been established can be treated by you! That means you’ll have patient opportunities on day one.  This is especially true when Dr. Kelly, DC can’t get fit a patient on her limited schedule, you would be the office’s overflow.

4. Vacation coverage between you and Dr. Kelly, DC. When one of us needs to be out of the office, we can coordinate the care for patients that can’t wait for one of us to return. (this is the hardest part of being a solo DC in practice). That means coverage for you as well when you need a day off or a vacation (The contract would determine your PTO).

5. You can decide your own frequency and timing for patient scheduling. How busy and how much you make will be proportional. The job can be more about what you want it to be.

-My office is NOT a factory line to get as many bodies through the door as we can to make $$$. This is a practice meant to be mutually beneficial to the DC’s, staff and patients.

6. You won’t be forced to do luncheons or lectures, and there’s not a huge quota to maintain. Note: those lectures and events can be beneficial for better patient retention and getting referrals. The office makes goals together that work for the needs and wants of our team.

7. Dr. Kelly, DC is in the process of trying to conceive, which means she’ll need patient coverage in the coming months. Enabling you to get a higher volume while we build up a bigger patient base for you. This is a great way for the practice’s patients to get used to your Chiropractic care style and to encourage them to invite their friends and family to join in the healing that happens in this office.

-Dr. Kelly will transition to more Craniosacral therapy sessions as she gets further along, coverage for her patients would be considered your collections (see contract). Likely she will be lessening her work schedule load late into pregnancy and slowly increasing it again when coming back from maternity leave.  She will be taking a minimum of 3 months completely off from adjusting around her EDD for her maternity leave.

Other details:

The Practice helps people of all ages! Pregnancy (Webster’s certified) and youth care are her passion. Though, Dr. Kelly, DC is happy to help adults, children, and athletes too. We teach patients vitalism, and are evidence based, we want a healthy dose of what amazing things the body is able to achieve through proper alignment, as well as striving to keep up with research to see how we can better help our patients.

We have a part time Massage therapist.

This is a cash-based practice. I previously tried accepting insurance and over time with bad experiences decided to get out of network.

In this office Dr. Kelly, DC’s adjusting style is not all about the “audible” popping sound, it’s about the joints moving correctly and body’s nervous system communication functioning at 100%. Gentle adjusting does not always result in audible movements. Achieving alignment aids in the vitality of your body’s own resources to be healthy (but you know this).

-This does not mean this needs to be your primary adjusting style. The hope would be that our techniques overlap enough to work on each other’s patients without problems or patient complaints.

We support teaching that there are many factors to Health! Adjustments are important! There are many great ways to add to the healthy changes! Great ways to improve your health include stretching, better nutrition (more natural foods and water and less toxins), exercise, emotional support… and much more!

Folsom, CA is a great location. It’s only 2-3 hours’ drive from mountains, caves and the ocean. There are any number of shopping, activities and water actives here with Folsom Lake and the American river. There are amazing schools in the local area in the suburban areas and we’re close enough to urban areas with a short commute you could live on land if preferred.

Come be part of a family!

New and beautiful location just around the corner coming soon!
