Align Healing Center, a respected, integrative wellness clinic in Danville for over 25 years, is expanding—and we’re looking for a skilled, heart-centered Chiropractor who’s ready to step into a deeply supportive, multi-disciplinary team and become the primary chiropractic provider for our thriving patient community.

Dr. Maimone, founder and former chiropractor, has fully transitioned her focus to functional medicine and is ready to pass the torch. This is a rare chance to inherit a loyal, wellness-minded patient base and work alongside practitioners who truly believe in healing the body from the inside out.

Why This Role is Different:

You’ll be the only chiropractor in a high-demand clinic with established patients who are ready to continue care
You’ll collaborate with a team offering functional medicine, hormone therapy, IV nutrition, regenerative injections, peptides, aesthetics, and more—all under one roof
You’ll be part of a true healing environment, where your expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your growth is supported

What We Offer:

50/50 revenue split with no overhead stress.
Choose your own schedule – full-time hours available, total flexibility
A fully equipped adjusting space with Class IV laser, decompression, PEMF, shockwave, kinesiotape, and rehab tools
Front desk and billing support – focus on care, not logistics
Built-in referrals from our functional and regenerative medicine programs
Marketing support to help you grow your practice within the clinic
A culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and aligned purpose

Who We’re Looking For:

A licensed, insured California Chiropractor
A skilled and confident adjuster—comfortable treating the full spine and extremities
Passionate about movement-based, gentle care
Bring your existing patient base or start new
Excited to grow in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Eager to be part of something bigger than solo practice—a community of healing

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine treatment plans.
Provide high-quality patient care through effective pain management techniques, including trigger point therapy.
Collaborate with the wellness team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Utilize medical imaging and anatomy knowledge to enhance patient treatment strategies.
Observe patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinic protocols for patient safety and confidentiality.
This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. If you’re looking for a meaningful place to serve, build, and belong, we’d love to meet you.
