Overview
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our presence across digital platforms. This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who understands online audiences, enjoys creating engaging content, and can balance strategy with execution.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media channels. This includes developing content calendars, writing posts, coordinating visuals, and ensuring brand consistency. You’ll monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns.
Collaboration is central to the role. You’ll work with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging with broader business goals. Staying current with trends, platform updates, and emerging formats will be part of your day-to-day work.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and a clear understanding of major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Twitter/X. Experience managing business or brand accounts is important, along with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining organized workflows in a remote environment. Experience with scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, or content creation software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in marketing, communications, or digital media is helpful but not mandatory. Demonstrated success growing engagement or audience reach will stand out more than formal credentials.
