Chiropractic office in Oakland looking for a renter to share our office space when we aren’t using it. We have an automatic flexion/distraction and drop table, a class 4 laser, and PEMF that you can have access to (after you have been trained on it). We like to keep it light and fun so someone who is responsible, works well in a shared space and is okay with seasonal, sometimes cheesy holiday decor, is preferred. There is a studio we use for rehab exercises that will be available too.
We work half days, so there is a bit of variability to what office hours you can have. Street parking out front is fairly easy for patients. Second floor walkup, just fyi, but it allows for beautiful light into the office with a nice view of the neighborhood and windows that open for a lovely breeze most days.
Our last friend/Chiropractor was with us for several years and finally decided to move into her own space, and we will all miss being together. It was a great relationship for many years that is still lovely and the move is a beautiful growing opportunity for her. We want nothing but a great and easy environment for us and anyone in our sphere. Hoping to find someone that is just a great Doc who loves what they do, has great patients who enjoy the space, and hopefully a love of dogs (ours comes to the office with us frequently).
Some of the hours that are available have the option for us/you to find a massage therapist that can work in the other room if you enjoy having a chiro and massage option for your patients.
