Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IPTV Support Specialist to assist our growing user base. You will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their IPTV service, helping them troubleshoot and resolve problems while providing an exceptional support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone
Troubleshoot IPTV streaming issues across various devices (Smart TVs, Android boxes, Firestick, etc.)
Assist with setup and configuration of IPTV apps and playlists (e.g., Xtream Codes, M3U links)
Escalate unresolved issues to the technical team
Maintain a strong understanding of IPTV systems and streaming technologies
Document solutions and update support materials as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in IPTV or streaming tech support preferred
Strong understanding of IPTV technologies, apps, and common platforms
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with tools like VLC, IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, Kodi, etc.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
