Job Description & Requirements
A respected chiropractic clinic in Chilton, WI, is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000, (salary negotiable based on experience), with opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance.
The associate will work a structured weekday schedule with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care while helping the clinic continue to expand its presence in the community. Expected patient volume ranges from approximately 250–300 adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations and comprehensive examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and personalized care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments and re-examinations
- Guiding patients through corrective exercises and rehabilitation protocols
- Offering lifestyle and wellness education to support long-term health
- Participating in team meetings, professional development, and training
Marketing responsibilities may include patient education workshops, internal referrals, community outreach, and networking within the local area to help build relationships and increase awareness of chiropractic care.
The practice operates in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering consistent patient results and providing supportive mentorship for associates who want to grow clinically and professionally. Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Wisconsin chiropractic license. New graduates are welcome to apply.
