Job Description & Requirements
A high-volume chiropractic clinic in Commack, NY, is seeking an experienced Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $125,000, along with a sign-on bonus available for candidates who commit to a 12–24 month agreement. The associate will work Monday through Friday.
This role includes 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of approximately 200 visits weekly. Doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing chiropractic adjustments
Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
Delivering exercise instruction
Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
Participating in internal workshops, referrals, networking, spinal screenings, and social media content creation
The clinic operates within a shared-patient model and is seeking a chiropractor focused on patient care and adjusting. Initially, the associate will primarily focus on adjusting and patient management, with opportunities to grow into examinations, Reports of Findings, and patient conversion responsibilities over time.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Experienced chiropractor with at least 2 years of high-volume clinical experience
Strong adjusting skills with the ability to handle fast-paced patient flow
Team-oriented and committed to personal and professional growth
Hard-working caregiver mentality focused on delivering excellent patient care
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a New York chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply. New graduates are not being considered for this opportunity.
