Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Fairfax, VA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a $100,000 base salary plus $20,000+ in potential commissions.
The associate will work 3 full days per week across 6 shifts, Monday through Thursday, with approximately 18–21 adjusting hours per week. Additional shifts are available, with opportunities to earn commissions through closing care plans.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing chiropractic adjustments in a high-volume environment
Working with established patient care plans
Utilizing spinal decompression
Participating in care plan presentations and patient education
Taking ownership of the role while working within established systems
The practice provides biweekly training, weekly 2-hour team training, paid CEUs, and paid team travel for continued professional development.
The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, comfortable with high-volume adjusting, and able to thrive within a highly systematized office with clearly defined roles. Students are welcome to be considered.
