Join a growing non-surgical disc specialty clinic combining precise chiropractic adjustments with advanced technologies including Accu-SPINA IDD Therapy, HillDT spinal decompression, SoftWave TRT, and Class IV laser.
We are looking for an experienced chiropractor with three qualities that are extremely important to us:
Excellent hands-on adjusting skills — confident delivering precise, effective manual chiropractic adjustments. Diversified/Gonstead experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills — able to connect with patients, explain findings clearly, and confidently communicate care recommendations.
Great team player — our doctors and staff work closely together in a shared-patient model. We want someone who communicates well, supports the team, is coachable, and puts the success of the team ahead of individual ego.
About the Position
You’ll work with patients experiencing disc herniations and bulges, sciatica/radiculopathy, stenosis, and chronic neck and back conditions—many of whom have already tried other treatments.
Responsibilities include consultations and examinations, X-rays and imaging review, Reports of Findings, care recommendations, precise manual chiropractic adjustments, re-examinations, patient education, and working closely with our clinical team.
3+ years of clinical experience preferred. We value demonstrated adjusting ability, communication skills, and character—not simply years in practice.
Schedule:
Monday: Morning & afternoon
Tuesday: Morning team training + afternoon patient shift
Wednesday: Morning & afternoon
Thursday: Afternoon
Friday: Morning
Saturday: Morning
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000–$115,000 base salary, based on experience and ability, with performance bonuses and incentives providing $130,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential.
Benefits Include: Simple IRA, PTO, malpractice insurance coverage, continuing education, a $3,000 relocation bonus, advanced clinical training, and opportunities for leadership and advancement as we expand into additional locations.
Candidates must hold or be eligible for an Illinois chiropractic license. Chiropractors licensed in any state are encouraged to apply. We are willing to wait for the right candidate to obtain Illinois licensure.
