Job Description & Requirements
A well-established, integrated chiropractic clinic in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a confident and motivated Associate Chiropractor to step into a high-volume, leadership-oriented role. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $90,000 plus bonuses paid twice per month. Salary negotiable based on experience.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days) and Friday (half day), with weekends off. Expected patient volume ranges from 180–200 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 5–10 minutes per patient.
This role includes:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Reviewing X-rays (CAs assist with imaging)
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments (Manual, Diversified, Activator, Drops, Pro Adjuster)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering decompression, neuropathy protocols, and therapy-based services
- Participating in internal workshops, referrals, spinal screenings, corporate talks, and networking events
The practice operates within a shared-patient model and integrates chiropractic with rehabilitation and personal injury care. The ideal candidate has experience with Personal Injury cases, particularly within NV, CA, or AZ. Leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a business-minded approach are highly valued, as the long-term vision is for the associate to help run the clinic while ownership remains involved.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Nevada chiropractic license. Out-of-state doctors will be considered.
