Job Description & Requirements
A growing subluxation-based chiropractic clinic in Natrona Heights, PA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its expanding team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $80,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), along with quarterly profit sharing based on collections.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days), with the option to expand hours into Fridays as the practice grows. Expected patient volume ranges from 150–200 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 5–10 minutes per patient and longer sessions (30–40 minutes) for rehab-focused care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient examinations and taking X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using a variety of techniques including Diversified, Activator, Drops, SOT, and Flexion/Distraction
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Providing guidance on nutrition, supplementation, and wellness lifestyle education
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
Marketing responsibilities include digital content creation, social media engagement, and participation in community outreach such as spinal screenings, corporate talks, networking events, and local vendor shows or fairs.
The practice operates within a shared-patient model and offers a structured onboarding process, including a 90-day onboarding period.
The ideal candidate is a hard worker with leadership qualities, takes initiative, and is confident in presenting treatment plans and building strong patient relationships.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Pennsylvania chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates will be considered.
