Job Description & Requirements

A busy practice in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Associate Doctor to join their team to conduct patient onboardings, adjustments, and exercise instruction.

The ideal candidate has the desire to drive and grow the practice either internally or externally. Preference will be given to those who are looking for a long-term position and who would like to partner up with the practice. Must be a strong manual adjustor. The goal is to have the associate be a lead chiropractor and/or clinic director for one of their offices. The main focus will be to nurture and grow the chiropractic side of things.

This position provides a guaranteed base salary, paid onboarding, paid time off, health insurance stipend, and malpractice insurance coverage. There is an ascension plan within 1-2 years with more profit sharing. Buy-in opportunity after 3-5 years.
