Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic clinic in Plant City, FL, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $95,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), with monthly bonus opportunities based on performance. The associate will work Monday to Friday.
This role includes approximately 29 adjusting hours per week, with an expected patient volume of around 200 visits weekly. Doctors typically spend 5–10 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations
Taking and reviewing X-rays
Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
Providing chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Drops, and instrument techniques when needed
Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
Participating in internal patient education, workshops, and referral-building initiatives
Engaging in external marketing efforts including spinal screenings, corporate talks, networking, and social media content creation
The practice operates within a shared-patient model and focuses heavily on family care within a subluxation-based and symptom-based framework.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Florida chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
