Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic practice in Post Falls, ID is looking for a dedicated Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus bonuses. Salary negotiable based on experience. Enjoy a balanced work schedule with full days on Monday through Thursday, and Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
In this position, you will serve as the primary chiropractor, taking the lead on patient care while being supported by the clinic team. You will be responsible for conducting patient consultations and examinations, performing Reports of Findings, making care recommendations, and providing chiropractic adjustments. You’ll also complete re-exams and guide patients through their treatment plans.
The main responsibility of this role is chiropractic care. While the practice does provide neuropathy services, the incoming doctor will only assist with neuropathy as needed, and no prior neuropathy experience is required.
This clinic values strong patient communication and education. Because you will be heavily involved in new patient intake and care planning, candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently guide patients through their care process are preferred. Candidates with CBP training or experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
You will typically adjust 50–100 patients per week and have ongoing opportunities for professional development, including seminar participation and skill-building education.
Additionally, although the practice is not currently offering a purchase opportunity, ownership may become an option in the future for the right long-term candidate.
