Job Description & Requirements
A progressive functional neurology practice in San Jose, CA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time opportunity offers a starting salary of $100,000, with additional bonus and commission opportunities available depending on performance. A fully commission-based compensation option may also be available for candidates seeking a different earning structure.
This role is heavily focused on sales, patient conversion, and financial closing, making it ideal for a chiropractor who is confident in communication, driven by results, and motivated by income potential.
The associate will work Monday through Friday (full days) with weekends off. Expected patient volume ranges from approximately 30–50 patients per week, allowing doctors to spend 10+ minutes with each patient to deliver comprehensive and personalized care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations
- Delivering detailed Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Presenting financial plans and guiding patients through care options
- Participating in patient education workshops and internal referral programs
- Supporting digital outreach through social media and educational content
This clinic operates under a shared-patient model and emphasizes individualized care with a focus on neurological rehabilitation and functional recovery.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven role. Strong communication skills, confidence in presenting care plans, and the ability to guide patients to commit to care are essential for success in this position. Training and mentorship are provided, including support in refining communication, conversion, and closing skills.
