A high-volume, upper cervical chiropractic clinic in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), with potential bonus opportunities for doctors who excel in patient communication and closing care plans.
The associate will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. The role includes approximately 25 patient hours per week, with expected patient volume ranging from 100–175 visits weekly. Doctors typically spend 1–3 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing upper cervical chiropractic adjustments (training provided)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Educating patients on wellness lifestyle practices
