Job Description & Requirements
A well-established integrated chiropractic and physical therapy clinic in St. Charles, IL, is seeking an experienced Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000 (salary negotiable based on experience). The associate will work a 40-hour week, including Monday to Friday, with Rotating Saturdays (every other week). Patient volume ranges from 125 to 175 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments with a strong emphasis on instrument adjusting (approximately 80% instrument, 20% manual)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Participating in internal patient education workshops and referral-building initiatives
- Engaging in external marketing such as spinal screenings, corporate talks, networking, and digital content creation
The practice operates under a shared-patient model and emphasizes a collaborative, team-based environment alongside physical therapists and support staff.
This role is ideal for a chiropractor who is both a caregiver and a business builder, with experience in clinical care and marketing. Candidates should be comfortable contributing to patient attraction efforts while maintaining high-quality patient care.
