A well-established chiropractic practice in Tullahoma, Tennessee is seeking a Lead Doctor of Chiropractic to step into a pivotal role within a thriving single-doctor clinic. This position is ideal for a confident, clinically skilled chiropractor ready to take ownership of patient care while continuing to grow an already successful practice.
This full-time role offers a tiered salary starting at $80,000, salary negotiable based on experience. The expected patient volume ranges from 185–200 patients per week, supported by an experienced team of three Chiropractic Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations and a strong patient experience.
Key responsibilities include conducting patient examinations, delivering reports of findings, providing high-quality chiropractic adjustments, and developing care recommendations. The Lead DC will also be responsible for internal referrals, patient education, and ongoing relationship-building to support long-term wellness outcomes.
The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, communicates clearly and confidently, and consistently delivers excellent care. Strong leadership skills, professionalism, and the ability to educate and motivate patients are essential. This role also includes internal marketing and wellness education as part of an innovative, patient-centered healthcare model.
