Job Description & Requirements
A growing personal injury–focused chiropractic clinic in Wilmington, DE, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 with additional bonus and incentive opportunities. A relocation bonus may also be available for the right candidate.
The associate will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00–1:00 PM. Patient visits begin at 9:00 AM, and expected patient volume is approximately 150 adjustments per week, with doctors typically spending 5–10 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations and examinations
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using manual, diversified, activator, and drop techniques
- Performing re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy and rehabilitation services including flexion distraction, decompression, and ultrasound therapy
- Providing exercise instruction and wellness education
- Maintaining thorough SOAP notes and patient documentation
This clinic operates within an integrated care model with a strong focus on personal injury cases, which account for the majority of the patient base. X-rays are referred out when necessary. The ideal candidate has strong adjustment skills, excellent documentation habits, and a desire to grow with the practice long term. There is also potential for the associate to help build and develop a future second clinic location.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Delaware chiropractic license. Out-of-state doctors are welcome to apply.
