- Freedom to Focus on Treating: You’ll be free to see and heal patients in a non-hurried environment, while our in-office staff handles the burdens of marketing, billing, and scheduling. We aren’t a high-volume churn mill—you’ll routinely spend up to an hour (or more) getting to know each patient personally and diagnosing their pathologies.

What You’ll Do
- Begin with hands-on training for thorough exams and evidence-based treatment modalities
- Create and communicate patient care plans, track objective outcomes, perform re-exams, and adjust care plans as needed to help patients reclaim quality of life after acute injuries
- Participate in team huddles and ongoing training
What We Seek
- A licensed (or soon-to-be-licensed) DC to work full-time in San Francisco, CA
- A “caregiver” mentality—empathetic, perceptive, great bedside manner, you easily build rapport with patients
- A lifelong learner—coachable, curious, and committed to being fun and awesome (personally and professionally)
- A commitment to details and precision in diagnosing, treating, and documentation
- Feeling fulfilled by growing into becoming the clinical leader of our San Francisco office for the long-term, supported by our team, rather than feeling called to build your own practice (we support entrepreneurs, but we’re seeking a long-term hire)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $85K–$120K (depending on experience and client book) with performance bonuses
- Paid retirement plan, health insurance, CEs, PTO/holidays, annual license renewal, and malpractice insurance
