Giles Chiropractic has served the Napa community for 25 years, with a practice built around high-quality chiropractic adjustments, corrective care, and long-term patient relationships. We are looking for a chiropractor who can step into an established patient base and become a strong clinical part of the practice.
Our office is busy, well equipped, and focused on chiropractic care. Patients range from newborns to their 90s, and we have built a strong reputation in the Napa community for personalized care, clear communication, and excellent adjusting.
This is not a build-from-scratch associate position. You will be joining an established practice with existing patient volume, digital X-ray, proven systems, dedicated administrative support, and room to grow in clinical responsibility over time.

- Competitive compensation: $80,000–$115,000 per year plus achievable performance bonuses

About Our Practice
We are a subluxation-based corrective chiropractic practice where chiropractic adjustments are at the center of care. Our patients range from newborns to people in their 90s, and we are known for personalized care, clear communication, and excellent patient reviews.
Our approach includes thorough examinations, digital spinal X-rays when clinically indicated, individualized care recommendations, and ongoing progress evaluations.

Experience is welcome, but adjusting ability, communication skills, fit, and willingness to learn matter more to us than years in practice.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree
- California Chiropractic license or ability to obtain licensure
- California X-ray certification/license or willingness to obtain
