Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Software Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, configuring our HR & Payroll software, and ensuring successful implementation based on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients to gather HR and payroll requirements
Configure and implement Ensaan Tech’s cloud-based HRMS and Corporate LMS platforms
Train HR teams on product features and best practices
Provide support and troubleshooting during go-live phases
Ensure timely delivery and satisfaction of implementation milestones
Collaborate with product and tech teams for enhancements
HCM Software/ Human Capital Management Software
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field
2+ years of experience in HR software or ERP implementation
Strong knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor law
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SaaS platforms is a plus
