We have had a thriving clinic for 20+ years, our team is highly energized and well-trained, and are seeking another DC to better serve our community!
Learn from the best to run and maintain a successful million-dollar plus CASH practice!
You will have one-on-one coaching to improve your strengths and be shown proven successful procedures on Corrective Care and Maintenance programs in a cash practice including marketing, staff management, and budget.
We are located on Clement Street which is like a small town in a big city! The beautiful Inner Richmond of San Francisco is surrounded by the best restaurants, walking trails, and family-owned businesses. It is a fantastic place to raise a family with incredible opportunities. Great school systems, professional sports, a cultural center, and a gorgeous climate year-round. We are close to Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe.
Whether you are a new grad or have practiced for years, we are happy to train on technique for a great fit.

California D.C. license – We have done pre and post-ceptorships for a great DC.
CA X-ray license. (Can apply once hired.)
Benefits:
Schedule: 5.5 days a week. (Different compensation for 4.5 or 5 days a week may be available.)
$109,000 Base/$9k a month if CADC and X-ray license, can be up to $250,000 with bonuses total compensation after the brief training period, 401k available.
Medical, dental, and vision benefits are 100% paid by the company after the brief training period.
Paid for practice coaching from the coach who took our business to a million plus a year!
PTO after 1 year.
To earn your 6k bonus after a 3 months training, complete the following!
Master all aspects of patient care, New Patient consultation, examination, X-rays, and Report of Findings. (In our manual, and online with videos.)
Master the 6 components of the daily visit.
Have x-ray certification and can perform all X-ray.
Complete the 3 month training program.
Perform quality adjustments.
Build positive Doctor-Patient relationships.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient’s conditions and care.
Cover and grow the practice with a team that has your back!
California D.C. license.
CA X-ray license.
