What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering full-scope patient care:
Consultations, exams, X-rays, ROFs, and adjustments
Mastering our proven corrective care and maintenance systems
Educating patients on lifelong spinal and nervous system health
Contributing to a high-performing, values-driven team
Growing clinically, professionally, and personally
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $91K–$120K (Part-Time to Full-Time)
(Part-time option available — 4 days/week at the lower base)
Total Compensation Potential: $250,000+/year

This role is designed with a clear growth path. During your onboarding and training phase, you’ll receive hands-on mentorship and one-on-one coaching to master our corrective care systems, communication, and patient education process. As your clinical confidence, leadership, and patient relationships grow, your compensation grows with you.
Doctors who fully engage in training, demonstrate strong patient care and communication skills, and commit to long-term service can earn six-figure base compensation and total annual earnings of $200,000–$250,000+ through performance-based bonuses. There is no cap for doctors who consistently deliver excellent care, build trust with patients, and help families stay well for life.
