Inspired Life Chiropractic is expanding into Green Valley and Sahuarita to better serve Southern Arizona, and we’re hiring a full-time Chiropractor to help lead this growth. This role is ideal for a new grad or experienced DC seeking mentorship, strong systems, hands-on training, and a long-term career path within a modern, patient-focused, fun practice.

Our clinics are intentionally designed so practitioners can practice — supported by teams who handle scheduling, billing, marketing, and administrative tasks.

What Will You Do
- Adjust patients using a variety of techniques
- Perform re-exams and take/interpret digital X-rays
- Provide SoftWave therapy (training provided)
- Conduct consults and collaborate on multi-modality treatment plans
- Work alongside chiropractors, massage therapists, and advanced soft-tissue technology
- Help build, grow, and represent the Green Valley/Sahuarita clinic within Southern Arizona communities
Training & Mentorship
You’ll receive hands-on training in all modalities and mentorship directly from Dr. Rachel and Jonathan, learning both clinical excellence and the business systems that built one of Southern Arizona’s fastest-growing chiropractic groups.
Schedule
- Full time, 4–5 days per week
- Tuesday through Saturday (some flexibility available)
Compensation, Bonuses & Perks
- 12-month guaranteed salary
- Salary + commission + bonuses after guarantee
- Earning potential: $60,000–$100,000+
- Signing bonus available for the right candidate

- Arizona Chiropractic License (or ability to obtain)
- Team-oriented doctor with great communication skills
- Willingness to learn SoftWave therapy
- Positive attitude and openness to mentorship
